I understand that warbands will not be changed durning play, but will players have a chance to switch bands after Regionals? I was waiting to submit my band until after Regionals, but I dont want to miss any deadline, or hold anybody up waiting on me. So....should I submit now, or continue to wait?

Yes, players will have time to change warbands between the regionals and the finals. (So you will have time as well).
