Streets of Shadow? Interesting name, sounds positively urban. So there's a set between Legendary Evils and that one or not?

What's on tap for Star Wars Minis and RPG?

Some RPG and mini stats including the Exodus and AAT (along with good source of a Mini scale version of the AAT).

Good to know....
And no Psionic Heroes yet? Won't March be the time for PHB3 and Monk/Psion Madness?

I like the idea os a more urban set of minis for a change.

Where do you get that info from?

Savage Encounters will be out around November IIRC.

Later,

January: Galaxy of Intrigue Sourcebook ($40), Minis: Dark Times (40 figure set)

April: Unknown Regions Sourcebook ($40), Minis: Masters of the Force (40 figure set)

It looks like both lines will have 40 figure sets now.

Star Wars was actually the first to do 40 fig runs, the last three sets (going back to the Clone Wars Release in October of 08 were 40 min sets)
And thanks nice to get an idea of what's on the shelf.

I really need to look into the Star Wars stuff sometime. As someone who's avoided all the official fan fiction stuff, I can't fathom how they can get so many figures from those 6 movies. It hurts my brain a little.

They also use books, cartoons, comics and video games as resources.

While yeah they have hit various games, comics, and books, they also have done the "resculpts" galore.

17 Lukes
13 Stormtroopers (different Sculpts)
11 Vaders
10 Han's
9 Leias
6 Bobas
6 Yodas

Between the the Lukes and stormtroopers that's 30 figures, and in Han or vader and you could do a set of 40 figs alone with just those versions.

...hence why I said I don't follow the "official" fan fiction. I read a "canon" Star Wars book a long time ago and no matter how you label somethings they still reek of fanfic madness. And as someone who's got a copy of the official Star Wars Cartoon "DROIDS" on his shelf, I really don't know if they should be using these things as source material.

And good to know about the sheer volume of Resculpts. It makes sense...I've picked up a few Star Wars minis over the years for my own purposes (nefarious) and they've always been infinitely more thrilled with getting a character I recognize, which I guess is the point of Star Wars Minis. Lord knows when I pulled a super rare Jason (ooh I mean Jacen) Solo, I was....less pumped than pulling a super rare should inspire.

Well those cartoons aren't the ones they have been using (nor the Ewoks), so yeah it's a little less of a scare, it's the much more recent Clone Wars era Cartoons.

Ethier of the two Cartoon Network series (the first Micro Series or the new computer animiated ones) or the Clone Wars CGI that came out last year.

It is your job to tell me the MOMENT they come out with the big gay purple Hutt from the movie. Seriously, I'll buy twelve. Particularly if they come with feathers.

If they ever come out with a Ziro the Hutt you will be the first person I tell on these boards.

But and it makes me really wonder if a Hutt can be "gay" as they are hermaphrodites and aren't male or female to begin with, but both.
